I know, I know; you’re stunned to realize that Iron Man didn’t really say “Maybe what you need is some solid dick from an Iron Man“ in the original. What’s surprising is that so many people genuinely seemed to believe that it wasn’t a bad photoshop job. (The clue was in the “k” of “dick,” even if you thought that “solid dick” was a phrase that would’ve made it into a 1970s Marvel comic.)
Look, I have to point out yet again, Giant-Size Man Thing was a phrase that made it into a 1970s Marvel comic. Clearly anything was possible.
