Had a psych appointment yesterday and at the end he said we didn’t have to schedule another one as I’m doing so well these days. I can still set one up if things go bad, but this is an amazing sign and quite a few years in the making.
So a massive thank you to all my friends and family for helping me through a lot of tough times; couldn’t have done it without you.
