I’ve been horribly ill the last few days with some blasted flu but it feels like it’s finally starting to take a turn for the better. At least I’m aware of what day it is and my head doesn’t feel like it’s being split open with an axe.
Diseased flesh-vessel aside, things are going pretty well for me. New relationship is going well, getting out to more events. Also got a mondo temporary pay rise at work. Not sure if the work contract will continue but there’s potentially more work later this year anyway and some other jobs I could pick up at a lower pay level if I need to fill in the gaps.
